You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by GreenLine Paper Company, Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If it is determined that we were not in error, the customer is responsible to pay the return shipping charges in order to receive a refund.
