An environmentally friendly alternative when disposables cannot be avoided: this product is biodegradable and compostable.  Made from Bagasse (sugar cane waste fiber.)

What is bagasse?  As the world's number one crop, sugar cane is one of the most readily availble non-tree fibers.  Bagasse is a by-product of the sugar-making process and would otherwise just be trashed.
